Last Friday, I visited an event held by @sync_london: a community of artists that organises events showcasing the work of #poets, #musicians and stand-up #comedians from around the world.
Just a few days after International Women’s Day, I want to celebrate the fathers who empower their girls to grow into strong women. It is far easier to believe in yourself when you have someone who believes in you too.
Kristiyana Yordanova is a mental health advocate, a clinical psychologist, an author, and the founder of Woman Squared. What is more, she was recently crowned Miss World Bulgaria 2022.
With International Women’s Day rapidly approaching, I have been thinking about the woman that I am today and the things that have shaped me.
